Black Blossom Court

A morose group of weirdos and fringe lunatics who came to notice around 2006-2007, evicting the entrenched vampire population from use of the Philadelphia City Metro system, and the Tunnels that snake all across the city. Led by an occasionally delusional girlqueen calling herself Miss Nyx, the ragtag group of freaks managed to outwit and outfight far older and more savage opponents, even evicting hunter groups and a mage who came to investigate if they could take advantage of the war. With stunning quickness, these self-hating fiends established complete control and defense of the Tunnels. Unwelcome guests would find themselves lost and trapped for days and weeks at a time, only exiting the Tunnels while clinging to life from starvation or worse. Those that did find what they were looking for only did so while jumping through hoops and following Kenny Sixes, Nyx’s personal tour guide and representative. Upon finding Nyx, these guests could either be moved to dance joyfully with the Court for hours, or days before leaving in a confused fog… or sent down dark tunnels at the behest of Nyx.

No one really knows why the Black Blossom Court act the way they do, occasionally hiding from the world for months, and then randomly appearing to entertain train passengers with song and dance. Sometimes these entertainments went awry, and passengers would leave with fractured sanity and an overall sense of overwhelming confusion. Most often, they set up shop in their Playground, a kind of all-purpose ballroom and throne room.

March 26th – The Black Blossom Court have moved into Township High School in Suburbia. It is unclear exactly how Nyx may take to her new surroundings, but there’s sure to be some commotion in time.
